Overview: This Site Manager role is crucial in ensuring the effective and compassionate operation of aĀ Recuperative facility. Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the homeless care facility, ensuring a safe, clean,Ā and welcoming environment for residents.Ā Manage facility maintenance, security, and adherence to health and safety standards.
2. Client Services:
Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services to residents, including meals, hygieneĀ facilities, medical care, and case management support.Ā Implement and maintain client-centered care practices, addressing the diverse needs ofĀ the homeless population.
3. Staff Supervision:
Recruit, train, and supervise facility staff, including front-line support workers, securityĀ personnel, and maintenance staff.Ā Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting staff well-being andĀ professional development.
4. Community Engagement:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with local community organizations,Ā government agencies, and service providers.Ā Collaborate with community partners to enhance the range and effectiveness of servicesĀ offered at the facility.

Qualifications:
