Job Description
Assists the Director of Client Services in overseeing Prestonwood Pregnancy Center - Southwest ("PPC-SW").
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand the reach and impact of PPC-SW
- Work with PPC marketing to promote PPC-SW
- Oversee recruitment and development of PPC-SW volunteers
- Develop best practices to ensure efficient use and stewardship of resources donated for clients
- Ensure evangelism is interwoven throughout the client experience
- Assist in leading, mentoring, and equipping PPC-SW staff to provide exceptional client care
- Ensure adherence to PPC policies and procedures
- Onboard staff at PPC-SW
- Ensure efficient communication flow throughout PPC-SW departments
- Maintain knowledge of all PPC programs
- Develop and execute classes to meet the needs of PPC-SW clients
- Recognize PPC-SW staff accomplishments
- Other duties as assigned
