Site Manager - West Bend

We are currently seeking a Site Manager for FSCW in West Bend, WI. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, outgoing, and possess a strong emphasis in sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our car wash, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the car wash, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and financial performance
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring equipment and supplies are in good working order
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer retention
• Monitor and analyze financial and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers leave satisfied and eager to return
• Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable, well-trained, and motivated to provide exceptional service
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the community

Qualifications:

• Strong emphasis in sales with proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Site Managers set their own schedule, but must be willing to work 50 hours a week (equivalent to 5 full days) of which 15 hours must be worked on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays; you choose)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available for on-call support as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in the car wash or similar industry preferred
