Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Site Manager in Williamsburg!
 
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced warehousing environment.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
  • Food Safety Management knowledge preferred
  • Ability to operate forklift and obtain forklift certifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and electronically
Duties:
  • Responsible for managing all day-to-day operations in compliance with customer and CTPS standards
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers and internal associates
  • Provide accurate and on-time production, labor and maintenance reports
  • Responsible for leading a safety program that follows OSHA Standards and CTPS policies
  • Oversee quality system that is compliant with CTPS standards and in compliance with SQF standards
  • Can lift up to 55 lbs. consistently throughout the day
  • Establish an effective line of communication with our customers as well as upper management
  • Perform all duties or requests as needed in a fast-paced work environment
  • After hours availability via phone or email may be required - alternate contacts need to be assigned during unavailability
  • Occasional overtime is expected - flex-schedule to compensate for extra hours can be implemented
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 6am-4pm
  • On Call outside of schedule if necessary 
Pay:
  • $65,000-$70,000 plus performance based quarterly bonus
