Site Manager, Workplace Experience & Office Services

IST Management is seeking an exceptional Site Manager to lead the workplace experience within a premier law firm in Washington, DC. This role is designed for a hospitality-driven leader who understands that every interaction matters, from the moment someone walks through the door to the moment they leave, and every touchpoint in between.

 

This individual will serve as the on-site face of IST, responsible for delivering a polished, high-touch experience across reception, conference services, and daily workplace interactions. While supporting broader office services operations, the primary focus of this role is to elevate the client and guest experience through consistency, attention to detail, and a proactive, service-first approach.

 

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours
Location: Washington, DC (on-site)

Responsibilities:

Workplace Experience & Hospitality Leadership

  • Own and deliver a seamless, high-touch workplace experience across all front-of-house services
  • Lead reception, conference room services, and guest interactions with a hospitality-first approach
  • Ensure every client, attorney, and guest interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and precision
  • Anticipate needs and proactively enhance the workplace environment and service delivery
  • Maintain a visible presence and set the standard for service excellence across the site
  • Partner with client leadership to continuously refine and elevate the workplace experience
  • Establish consistent service standards across all service touchpoints

Operational Leadership & Team Management

  • Oversee daily coordination of workplace services in support of the overall office environment
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team focused on hospitality and service delivery
  • Set clear expectations for professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability
  • Ensure alignment between workplace experience and broader office services operations
  • Manage workflow, scheduling, and coverage to meet client expectations
  • Maintain organization, consistency, and attention to detail across all service areas
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality and efficiency
Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, or law firm office services
  • High-end hotel event management experience a plus!
  • Prior leadership experience managing client-facing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to create a positive, high-end client and guest experience
