Description: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Site Mentor to support and elevate the quality of early childhood education across our program. In this role, you will support the classroom by partnering with teachers to strengthen classroom practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster high-quality learning environments where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized coaching and mentorship to lead teachers and classroom staff across assigned sites Conduct regular classroom observations and deliver constructive, strengths-based feedback aligned with developmentally appropriate practices Support staff in implementing high-quality curriculum, lesson planning, and child assessment tools (e.g., DRDP, CLASS) Ensure site practices are in full compliance with Title 5 and Title 22 regulations, including health, safety, and program standards Collaborate with site supervisors and program leadership to identify professional development needs and create individualized growth plans Model best practices in the classroom as needed to demonstrate effective instructional strategies Facilitate group professional development workshops, reflective practice sessions, and team meetings Document coaching activities, observation notes, and staff progress in accordance with program requirements Build trusting, respectful relationships with staff that support a culture of continuous improvement Participate in program self-assessments, audits, and quality improvement initiatives Requirements: Valid Site Supervisor Permit or higher (California Child Development Permit) Minimum 7 years as a Master Teacher in an early childhood education setting Extensive knowledge of Title 5 and Title 22 regulations, compliance, and health & safety standards Strong coaching, mentorship, and communication skills with adult learners Compensation details: 33-36 Hourly Wage PI2bdfacdb47a4-25448-40113033
