At RiteScreen, one of North America’s largest producers of window and door screens, we build products that matter—and we’re proud of the people who make them. In Fargo, North Dakota, our fast-moving plant serves national customers and continues to grow. We run primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend overtime as business needs arise, and we invest in the development and wellbeing of every team member.
Your Day, Your Plant
As the Site Operations Director leading our Fargo manufacturing operation, you’ll own the plant’s performance end-to-end while fostering a people-first culture. Mornings might start with a floor walk and safety huddle, aligning teams to the production plan. You’ll confirm material flow with supply chain partners, validate equipment readiness with maintenance, and remove roadblocks so the lines hit output, quality, safety, and cost targets.
Midday brings coaching moments—developing supervisors and team leads, giving clear feedback, and celebrating wins. You’re equally comfortable at a workcell solving a quality escape through root cause analysis as you are in a meeting reviewing inventory, labor, and overhead against plan. You champion lean methods to drive continuous improvement across every line. Before day’s end, you’ll finalize KPI updates, shape corrective actions, and ensure the next shift’s schedule is dialed-in to customer demand.
