Job Summary:
The Site Procurement Business Partner is responsible for both strategic direction and tactical execution of procurement activities at the plant/site level. This role ensures optimal total cost, supplier performance, compliance, and operational efficiency while acting as a critical liaison between site operations and global/regional procurement functions.

MBA or master's degree in supply chain or related discipline
Professional certifications (CPSM, CSCP, CPIM)
Experience supporting multiple sites or regional procurement operations
Background in Lean / Six Sigma / continuous improvement (Kaizen)
Experience driving process standardization and transformation initiatives
Exposure to digital procurement tools, automation, or shared service models
Experience interacting with Category Management and Strategic Sourcing teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, influencing sites, regional, and global stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Experience developing rate cards, cost models, and service pricing frameworks
Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen continuous improvement methodologies
Experience leading supplier business reviews (QBRs) and strategic supplier development
Exposure to global sourcing strategies and regional category alignment
Experience with procurement digitization or automation tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with operations leadership
