The Site Project Manager is responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing on-site project activities to ensure projects are completed safely on time within scope and within budget. This role serves as the primary point of contact on-site managing subcontractors vendors schedules and quality while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionManage day-to-day on-site installation of fire protection systems including special hazard & building fire alarm.Coordinate work sequencing with general contractors tool install teams and other trades in active high-tech facilitiesDevelop and maintain site schedules manpower plans and material delivery timelinesIdentify and mitigate project risks related to access restrictions shutdowns and tool move-ins Quality Assurance & CommissioningEnsure installations meet contract documents NFPA standards FM Global requirements and client specificationsCoordinate inspections testing and system commissioningAddress punch list items and ensure timely closeout Safety & ComplianceEnforce company safety policies OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirementsEnsure compliance with cleanroom and contamination control protocolsConduct job hazard analyses JHAs toolbox talks and safety audits Communication & Client CoordinationServe as the primary on-site point of contact for clients inspectors AHJs and general contractorsParticipate in coordination meetings look-ahead planning and progress reviewsProvide accurate daily reports schedules and status updates to project leadership Team LeadershipLead and supervise installation crewsCoordinate subcontractors and specialty vendorsPromote accountability teamwork and continuous improvement on-site Preferred Qualifications - Not RequiredNICET certification Level I-IV in Fire Protection or related disciplineOSHA 30-Hour certificationFamiliarity with NFPA FM Global and local AHJ requirements2 years of experience in construction project management or site supervisionDemonstrated experience with fire protection systems suppression life safety Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership in high-pressure schedule-driven environmentsExcellent coordination and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills Work EnvironmentMay require night shifts weekends or shutdown workUse of PPE and adherence to strict safety and cleanroom protocols requiredTravel will be required to effectively perform this roleBenefits and CompensationThis role will be based out of our Harrison OH branch.
