Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Site Reliability Automation Engineer (Infrastructure) in Hyderabad, India to join a large-scale, global enterprise undergoing significant infrastructure modernization. This individual will play a key role in transforming how infrastructure is delivered by introducing scalable automation across a complex, on-premise environment. This position is ideal for someone who combines hands‑on technical expertise with the ability to design automation strategies that improve reliability, reduce operational overhead, and support ongoing transformation initiatives.Some of the responsibilities include but limited to:Lead the strategy and execution of infrastructure automation initiatives across compute, storage, and backup domainsDevelop and standardize repeatable automation frameworks to eliminate manual workArchitect solutions that connect multiple tools into a cohesive automation ecosystemSupport major transformation efforts, including a VMware to Nutanix migrationBuild and maintain reusable IaC modules to accelerate provisioning and deploymentPartner with engineering, operations, and security to ensure aligned and scalable solutionsImprove reliability by reducing incidents, manual errors, and operational inefficienciesGuide and mentor engineers while acting as the automation subject matter expertDrive adoption of automation practices and track measurable improvements in performance and efficiencyWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
