As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting the SRE team. Design and implement Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to monitor system performance and reliability.Build and improve processes to enhance system stability and efficiency.Collaborate with development and operations teams to support greenfield and transformation projects.Develop and maintain critical user journeys (CUJs) to ensure seamless customer experiences.Utilize error budgets, blameless post‑mortems, and role‑playing scenarios to foster a culture of continuous improvement.What's Needed?
