Description
Join a dynamic team responsible for the reliability and operational health of a large-scale technology platform. This hybrid role based in the Northeastern U.S. involves hands-on work across the technology stack to enhance platform observability and drive reliability improvements. Candidates should have strong experience with scripting languages, web frameworks, and cloud technologies. The role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and reducing risk while meeting performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support core infrastructure and components.
- Execute automation initiatives and enhance internal tools.
- Lead incident response to ensure platform stability.
- Collaborate on platform modernization and cloud migration projects.
- Improve platform and application observability.
Qualifications
- Strong development experience with scripting languages.
- Proficiency in web framework and REST API development.
- Advanced database management skills.
- Deep experience in system administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines.
