Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) infrastructure, including Power Platform, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cloud infrastructure, infrastructure administration, monitoring, automation, and ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise applications.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Administration, or Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure (Azure preferred).
  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring, performance tuning, and incident management.
  • Experience with infrastructure administration, deployment, and environment management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, including Finance & Operations, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
  • Monitor infrastructure health, system availability, and application performance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.
  • Perform infrastructure administration, upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance.
  • Automate operational tasks and improve deployment and monitoring processes.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure stable system operations.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to improve system reliability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and other monitoring tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep).
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
