Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and support customer-facing infrastructure, applications, and services. This role focuses on building scalable, reliable cloud environments while supporting production systems and improving operational processes through automation and monitoring.
This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity, ideal for candidates looking to grow their cloud engineering and infrastructure skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services
  • Support and manage cloud environments to meet enterprise-level performance and reliability standards
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve production issues, including occasional after-hours support
  • Respond to customer escalations and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
  • Develop and maintain scalable monitoring and alerting systems for infrastructure
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational playbooks
  • Collaborate with team members to improve system performance and reliability
  • Follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Up to 1 year of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or IT support environments
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies, systems architecture, and infrastructure concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and learn new technical skills quickly
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and infrastructure automation
  • Basic scripting or programming experience
  • Interest in infrastructure reliability, DevOps practices, and automation
