Site Safety Technician

Peak Technical Staffing has a need for a Site Safety Representative for a commercial construction project in the Jacksonville area. Seeking local, minimum OSHA 30 candidates, with large scale commercial construction experience and ability to monitor, observe, report for extremely busy, sizeable project. MUST BE tech savvy with safety and operations experience utilizing HammerTech or similar platform.
This project will last approximately three months with a move to the next project around September / October for a total of one year or more. 40 - 50 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Some overtime is possible so flexibility is required.
Qualifications:
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in commercial construction safety experience. Current certification in CPR/First Aid/AED and OSHA 30-hour construction safety standards required. The HammerTech experience will be a huge plus and put you up front for an interview.
Skills Required:
Works hand in hand with site management team focusing on maintaining a safe workplace and establishing policies and procedures for other workers.
Pay range is $38- $42 per hour + depending on experience.
