Shift: Day Shift – Monday through Friday (8-Hour Shifts)

Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.

Overview/Summary

The Site Stores Utility supports daily site stores and receiving operations by ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely movement of materials throughout the facility. This role is responsible for receiving, inventory control, issuing materials, shipping documentation, mail distribution, and supporting warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.

This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, material handling, or forklift experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You Will Do

Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Perform daily stores and receiving duties safely with minimal supervision
• Utilize inventory control systems and computers to process materials accurately
• Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, dock levelers, gas-powered forklifts, and stand-up forklifts
• Receive, unload, inspect, and identify damaged materials or containers
• Sort incoming materials and accurately receive inventory into the site inventory management system
• Reconcile receiving discrepancies and inventory issues
• Deliver freight, materials, and packages throughout the facility
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle count activities
• Monitor department email and phone communications
• Utilize barcode scanning and labeling equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through daily housekeeping
• Follow all site safety procedures and operating guidelines
• Perform additional warehouse and stores-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn inventory control systems
• Forklift experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 55 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work Monday through Friday on 8-hour day shifts with occasional overtime
• Must successfully pass all required pre-employment screenings
