With customer centrality at their forefront, this General contractor handles a wide range of commercial and specialty projects that keep them one step ahead in the Florida marketJob DescriptionOversee and manage all site operations from project start to completion.Direct and supervise project administration staff and construction engineers; collaborate with superintendents to set priorities.Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue; ensure adherence to estimates.Resolve issues related to labor, staffing, materials, equipment, and contract administration.Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet established safety goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with superintendents, subcontractors, and assistant project managers.Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFI logs and change orders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
