Site Superintendent - Construction - ManhattanOur client is a premier luxury residential General Contractor specializing in high-end interior renovations throughout Manhattan. Their portfolio includes custom penthouse fit-outs, historic townhouse restorations, brownstone renovations, and ultra-luxury apartment remodels for some of New York City's most discerning homeowners, architects, and designers.As a Site Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan, you will be responsible for:Managing all day-to-day field operations on luxury residential projectsSupervising subcontractors, vendors, and specialty tradesCoordinating custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, metal, and finish installationsMaintaining project schedules and driving milestone completionConducting quality control inspections throughout constructionLeading site safety meetings and enforcing OSHA complianceReviewing architectural drawings and design documentsManaging site logistics, deliveries, and material coordinationWorking closely with architects, designers, and homeownersIdentifying and resolving field issues proactivelyPreparing daily reports and project documentationCoordinating inspections and project closeout activitiesEnsuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detailThe successful candidate will have:5+ years of Superintendent experienceExtensive experience on luxury residential interior renovationsProven experience managing penthouses, townhouses, brownstones, or custom residencesStrong knowledge of high-end finishes and interior constructionExperience coordinating custom millwork, stone, cabinetry, and specialty tradesAbility to read and interpret architectural and design drawingsExperience working within occupied residential buildingsOSHA 30 Certification preferredExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to quality craftsmanship and client satisfactionWhat's on offer:Competitive base salary: $140,000 - $200,000+Annual performance bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysCommuter benefits or transportation allowanceLong-term pipeline of luxury Manhattan projectsOpportunity to work on iconic penthouses and townhousesProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesStable company with an outstanding reputationCollaborative leadership team and strong company culture
