Site Superintendent - Healthcare & Education

A field-based Superintendent role leading diverse commercial builds across central Ohio. You will manage site execution, subcontractors, and day-to-day delivery on projects ranging from healthcare to education.

Description

• Lead on-site construction from groundworks to punch-out
• Manage subcontractors, site safety, and daily coordination
• Oversee sitework, utilities, and quality assurance
• Partner with PMs to maintain schedules and budgets
• Build strong relationships with clients and inspectors

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years Superintendent experience with a GC
• Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Strong background in sitework and utilities
• Stable career history with clear reasons for moves
• Professional, client-facing, and tech-capable
