Job Title: Site Superintendent Location: Minot Air Force Base - Minot, North Dakota Company: Loyal Source

Overview Loyal Source is seeking a highly skilled Site Superintendent to oversee ongoing and upcoming projects at Minot AFB. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors in a secure, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on‑site supervision for HVAC and HVAC Controls projects (primary focus).
• Oversee additional projects involving fire alarm installation.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring timely project execution.
• Manage base access requirements for all subcontractors and personnel.
• Maintain daily project logs, progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and Air Force Base regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and base personnel.
• Utilize Microsoft applications for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive background in HVAC and HVAC Controls (required).
• Experience with fire alarm installation (preferred; training available for the right candidate).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on a secure military installation and obtain necessary clearances.

Schedule

Choose one of the following standard schedules:

• Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
