With a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative team environment, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career within the high-end residential construction industry.Job DescriptionTake full responsibility for day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.Coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager and project team.Review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications.Coordinate inspections, deliveries, building access, and site logistics.Identify potential schedule, quality, or coordination issues and proactively resolve them.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.Conduct regular site walks and track project progress.Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, and building management.Manage punch-list activities and project closeout.The Successful ApplicantA successful Site Superintendent should have:5+ years of construction experience, with significant Site Superintendent experience preferred.Strong background in high-end residential construction and gut renovations.Experience with apartments, condos, townhomes, penthouses, or similar luxury residential projects.Strong understanding of NYC construction practices, sequencing, and site logistics.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades simultaneously.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Procore or other construction management software experience is a plus.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000.Medical insurance to support your health and well-being.Paid Time Off (PTO) for work-life balance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Performance-based bonus opportunities.
