Job Description
* Manage on-site construction activities from start to finish
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
* Ensure high-end finish quality across restaurant builds
* Maintain safety compliance and site standards
* Report progress to senior leadership and project teams

The Successful Applicant
* 5-10+ years' experience as a Superintendent
* Background in high-end restaurant or hospitality builds
* Experience on $5M+ ground-up or interior projects
* Strong leadership and field coordination skills
* Open to local or traveling project assignments
What's on Offer
Salary: $110,000-$130,000 + OT premium + bonus
