The Site Superintendent role offers a salary of $95,000-$120,000 annually, based in Westside, Seattle.
As the on-site leader, you'll supervise all activities to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completion, maintaining strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities include managing field staff, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, enforcing safety, and ensuring project documentation and inspections are completed effectively.
Required qualifications include 5-8 years of experience on large mechanical/electrical projects or equivalent, strong knowledge of construction systems, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with scheduling and communication tools. Travel within approximately 200 miles is expected.
