Start Date: Immediate

Own the Jobsite. Drive the Schedule. Deliver Quality from Mobilization Through Closeout

US-Offsite is a modular design-build manufacturer and general contractor helping developers complete high-quality modular projects with greater speed, cost predictability, and control. Through USO Building Co., our construction division integrates factory-built modules with site preparation, vertical construction, subcontractor coordination, installation, and final project turnover.

USO Building Co. is seeking an experienced Traveling Site Superintendent to lead field operations on active construction projects throughout California.

As the primary on-site leader, you will be responsible for safe, timely, and high-quality field execution from mobilization through closeout. You will lead daily construction activities, coordinate subcontractors and USO personnel, manage schedules and site logistics, oversee modular deliveries and setting operations, enforce safety standards, and maintain project quality and documentation.

This role requires extensive travel, with project assignments typically lasting 8-14 months. A structured home-rotation schedule, housing support, and travel assistance are provided.

The successful candidate will be a decisive, organized field leader who takes ownership of jobsite performance, communicates effectively, solves problems quickly, and maintains high standards for safety, schedule, quality, and execution.
