Security Site Supervisor - Wilton, CT
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $23/hour
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead overnight operations at our Wilton location. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support on-site security personnel
- Ensure all post orders and procedures are followed
- Act as the main point of contact for the client and team
- Monitor site activity and respond to incidents as needed
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work overnight hours consistently
