Opensity Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to help manage our Law Firm Client's office services team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our operations team and client, which may include duties such as document production, mailroom, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. Essential Job Responsibilities
Serves as a liaison between the employees and the client
Supervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and excellent client service is provided
Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operations
Seeks opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to both the Site Manager and key client contacts
Demonstrates proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client
Assists with the interview process for available positions at the site
Helps train, supervise, evaluate, and develop all personnel assigned to the site
Schedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and makes sure contracted hours of operation are covered without incurring overtime in the absence of the Site Manager
Assists Site Manager with tracking productivity and the collecting of information necessary to provide leadership and the client with a detailed monthly report
Ensures that completed client work is billed out and tracked in a timely manner
Additional duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
Previous supervisor experience in either a law firm or office services setting is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in other professional organizations with the required skills will be considered
Highly detail orientated
Proven track record of strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Ability to lead others in a professional manner
Working knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period
The Compensation range for this role is up to 23.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
