SITE SUPERVISOR – COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
Job Type: Full-Time | Service Area:
New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Delaware Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional after-hours/weekend work as project needs require.
About L&L Legacy Construction:
L&L Legacy Construction is a growing commercial construction company specializing in interior renovations and improvement projects. We work on commercial properties including senior living facilities, offices, retail spaces, and other occupied facilities. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day job-site operations and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Open, manage, and secure assigned job sites; supervise field employees and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily work among trades; review project plans, scopes, and schedules.
• Communicate assigned scopes and expectations to employees and subcontractors.
• Track progress, labor hours, and schedules; identify and resolve delays.
• Monitor workmanship and address quality issues promptly.
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe job sites and enforce safety requirements.
• Report field conditions, changes, delays, and issues to the Project Manager.
• Provide daily field updates and progress photos using project-management tools.
• Conduct walkthroughs, verify completed work, and manage punch lists.
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, facility staff, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
• Commercial construction or renovation experience and prior crew/subcontractor supervision.
• Knowledge of drywall, painting, carpentry, doors/hardware, ceilings, flooring, and interior renovation.
• Ability to read drawings, interpret scopes, and coordinate multiple trades.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and correct deficient workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the service area.
• Smartphone proficiency and basic familiarity with construction/project - management apps.
• OSHA training preferred.

Compensation:
Competitive pay based on construction knowledge and supervisory experience. Performance-based bonuses may be available for consistently delivering projects safely, on schedule, with strong workmanship and effective labor-hour management.
