We are seeking a Site Supervisor- Ready Mix to lead daily plant and operational activities while fostering a culture of safety, quality, operational excellence, and customer service. This role is responsible for coordinating people, equipment, and resources to ensure efficient ready-mix concrete production and delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily ready-mix operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production and delivery.
Drive a strong safety culture through coaching, training, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and resources to meet production and customer requirements.
Monitor plant performance, product quality, and operational metrics to achieve business objectives.
Build strong relationships with employees, customers, and cross-functional teams to support exceptional service.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety practices, regulatory compliance, and quality standards within manufacturing, construction materials, or related operations.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills with employees, customers, and business partners.
Proficiency in planning, prioritizing, and making sound decisions to achieve operational goals.
Work Environment
Primarily based at a ready-mix production site with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, dust, noise, and construction-related environments.
Frequent interaction with plant personnel, drivers, customers, and contractors.
May require flexibility in work hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime to support operational needs.
Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
What We Offer
$70,000-$75,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
