Position: After-School Site Supervisor
Location: Westchester County, NY 
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm/10-month school year (additional hours may be available)
Compensation: Hourly rate: $30/hour
Start Date: Late-August

Key Responsibilities
         
*Oversee daily operations of the after-school program, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment              for children.
          *Supervise staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
          *Plan and implement engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development.
          *Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the community to build strong relationships.
          *Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and program policies.
          *Monitor and manage budgets, supplies, and program scheduling. 


Qualifications:
          *
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
          *Minimum of 2 years of experience working with school-age children 


- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to build rapport with children, parents, and staff.


- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
