At ServiceMaster Commercial Services, were looking for a Site Supervisor who leads with professionalism, consistency, and quiet confidence. Youll oversee the daily janitorial operations for a group of schools and community facilities, supporting your team while building trusted relationships with our school partners.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being present, solving problems, developing people, and making sure every building is ready for the next school day.
What Youll Do
As a Site Supervisor, youll provide the daily leadership that keeps our schools operating at their best. Youll work alongside your team, lead by example, and help ensure every facility consistently reflects our standards of excellence.

Our local Newport News home office team is also here to help with recruiting, hiring, scheduling, payroll, supplies, and operational support, allowing you to stay focused on leading your team and delivering exceptional service.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
