AQS is currently hiring a Site Supervisor, in Simpsonville, KY The Site Supervisor will supervise the QC Inspectors team for our client in the automotive and manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to meet client demand while also delivering high levels of customer service.
LOCATION: Simpsonville, KY.
SALARY & HOURS:
- 1st SHIFT: 6AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday with possible weekends.
- 2nd Shift: 6 PM to 6 AM Monday-Friday with possible weekends.
- $18.00 per hour (must be flexible with hours as they may change).
Requirements:
- Supervise inspectors and ensure work product is per established specifications and parameters.
- Partner closely with General Manager for day-to-day operations.
- Conduct routine analyses of in-process materials or finished goods.
- Interpret and analyze test results, identify quality problems, and recommend solutions.
- Manage all required documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications and Skill Set:
- 2-3 years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility.
- 2nd Chance Employer.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1-2 years’ related experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Active listening and problem solving.
- Organized and good attention to detail.
