Supervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and team provides excellent, error free client service. Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operation. Seeks opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to the Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a small team of approximately 6 employees across reception, office services, hospitality, and facilities functions
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a polished, welcoming, and professional environment
  • Lead by example, providing hands-on support while coaching and developing team members
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client and guest inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate facilities operations, including vendor management, office upkeep, and workspace readiness
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency
  • Hours are 9:30AM-6:30PM M-F

Qualifications:

  • Experience overseeing reception, office services, hospitality, or facilities operations in a corporate or client-facing environment
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a small team preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to evolving needs
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused

Reporting Structure:
This role reports to the Site Manager and assists in supervising a small team of approximately 6 employees.

The Compensation range for this role is $32.00 - $35.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
