This role leads the technical training strategy at a manufacturing site to develop workforce skills and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities include independently deploying the technical training pillar, delivering instructor-led and hands-on training, overseeing on-the-job training programs, conducting technical assessments, and managing training documentation and systems. The trainer partners with site leadership and supports continuous improvement through tracking training effectiveness and KPIs.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of manufacturing floor experience, strong communication and coaching skills, and familiarity with LMS and eDMS systems. The position offers a salary range of $66,700 - $93,160, benefits, and eligibility for annual incentives.
