Seeking a Superintendent for large-scale landscape construction projects including earthwork, planting, wetlands mitigation, erosion control, hardscape, watermain, concrete, asphalt, and site work across New Jersey.
- Supervise projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring schedules and budgets are met or exceeded.
- Assess manpower needs, manage staffing, and optimize productivity and equipment use.
- Oversee cashflow by timely processing T&M tickets, extra work approvals, and daily documentation.
- Manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and uphold high-quality work practices.
- Promote a culture of safety through regular meetings, PPE enforcement, and adherence to OSHA standards.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years of field supervision experience, and extensive knowledge of earthwork, grading, utilities, and sitework. Landscape and hardscape experience is a plus.
