The Role

We're looking for a skilled construction crew member who can do it all (experience in grading, harscape, lanscaping, concrete and artificial turf). On any given week, you might be grading a site and running the excavator — and the next day you're cutting and seaming turf. Both sides of the job matter equally, and we need someone who respects that.

What You'll Be Doing

● Earthwork: site grading, dirt moving, drainage prep, and compaction

● Operating heavy equipment — skid steer, excavator, and related machinery

● Hauling and trailering equipment to and between job sites

● Turf installation: layout, cutting, seaming, infill, and finishing

● Supporting the crew through all phases of a project from dig-out to final install

What We're Looking For

● Proven experience in outdoor construction — hardscape, landscape, or site work

● Comfortable operating a skid steer and excavator (required)

● Valid driver's license with ability to haul a trailer

● Willing to get hands-on with turf installation — this isn't a pure equipment operator role

● Team player who shows up ready to work regardless of what the day calls for

● Ability to travel within the Carolinas as projects require

Bonus Points

● Prior experience with artificial turf or synthetic surfaces

● Hardscape or landscape construction background

● Experience on high-end residential or commercial projects
