We're looking for a dependable and motivated Sitework Laborer for our trusted customer. This role involves assisting with a variety of construction site tasks, including land clearing, digging, underground utility work, and foundation preparation. This is a temp to permanent role! 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site clearing and excavation
• Help install underground utilities
• Operate plate compactors and basic tools
• Support foundation preparation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Construction or sitework experience preferred
• Experience with heavy equipment is a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Willingness to travel up to 45–60 minutes from Portsmouth
