Client Details

Our client is seeking a Project Manager with significant sitework, grading, and utility construction experience to join their Charlotte office. This individual will play a hands-on leadership role, managing complex site development projects, mentoring field teams, and helping drive the growth of a fast-growing design-build contractor.

Description

  • Plan and manage sitework and mass grading projects from start to finish, ensuring all goals are met.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all project sites.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and present project reports for stakeholders as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
