This role is based in Florham Park and focuses on managing teams, budgets, and schedules to deliver quality results, but there will be travel throughout Monmouth County up through Hudson County.

Description

  • Manage all aspects of sitework construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with subcontractors.
  • Oversee project progress to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and municipal offices to address project requirements and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including permits, change orders, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all construction sites.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and other project-related expenses.
  • Manage and mentor site teams to foster a productive and efficient work environment.

Profile

A successful Sitework Project Manager should have:

Job Offer

Compensation & Benefits (All Roles)

  • Bonus: ~10% (paid in December before Christmas)
  • Health benefits: eligible after 30 days
  • 401(k): 50% match on first 7%, eligible after 30 days
  • PTO: 12 days
  • Phone stipend: ~$40/month
  • Mileage reimbursement if traveling between sites/municipal offices

Schedule Expectations

  • Standard hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • On-site daily required
  • 1-2 Saturdays per month (half day)
