Location: In-Office: Any employee, in any Clearbrook office, can apply for this opportunity and stay in their current location.
Summary:
We are looking for a highly capable SIU Analyst to serve in a support role for our investigative teams in both Argo and Farm Family on basic and major investigations. We are looking for a candidate to fill this position from our Omaha office. Alternatively, this role can also be filled in our Albany, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City or Richmond office. This position reports to the Director, SIU & Compliance in Richmond, VA.
This is a 100% in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site at a designated company office during standard business hours.
Essential Responsibilities:
Qualifications / Experience Required:
A practical knowledge of SIU claims, as well as an exceptional customer service focus typically achieved through:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
A Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI) designation plus one other industry designation (such as CIFA, CIFR, AIC, or CPCU or four additional years of related experience beyond the minimum experience required above may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Must be licensed or have the ability to quickly obtain a license within one year.
A minimum two (2) years of practical knowledge of SIU investigations, fraud detection techniques, and investigative analytics
Must have good business acumen (i.e., understand how an insurance company works and makes money, including how this role impacts both Clearbrook's and our customers' ability to be profitable).
Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. This role primarily faces problems and issues that are generally not complex but require an understanding of a broader set of issues.

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
