Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Skewers Production Associates to join a Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food production team in Owasso. This position is responsible for inspecting meat products, operating production equipment, and packaging finished products while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working in a refrigerated food production environment, and committed to producing high-quality products safely and efficiently.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a cold, refrigerated environment with food odors
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect meat products for proper cut, quality, and appearance
Place meat into the skewer/needle machine according to production procedures
Package and box finished products according to customer specifications
Monitor product quality throughout the production process
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with food safety standards
Follow all company safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and production requirements
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and schedules
Perform additional production duties as assigned by supervisors
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in food manufacturing or meat processing
Experience working in refrigerated production environments
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
Physical Requirements
Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs or more
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
Ability to work in refrigerated temperatures for extended periods
Must wear required PPE and follow all food safety and sanitation requirements

Refrigerated food production facility
Cold environment with exposure to raw meat products and food-processing odors
