PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Ski School Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily events within the Deer Valley Ski School for children or adults.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise organization of daily lessons and programs

• Supervise the organization of lesson start times, lunch and afternoon breaks, and end of day check-outs

• Spend time on snow with guests and staff to provide assistance when needed

• Coach/mentor instructors in need of further development

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High level of ski ability required

• Experience in a supervisory role providing coaching and support to staff and interacting with guests to resolve issues required

• PSIA Certification Level 1 preferred - Reimbursements offered

• Ski School experience preferred

• Previous experience working with children preferred
