Job Responsibilities:

Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently on active construction sites.
Dig, lift, push, and haul construction materials such as dirt, gravel, debris, and other site materials.
Load and unload materials while maintaining production goals.
Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and cleanup.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.

Key Requirements:

4–5 years of verifiable skid steer operating experience required.
Previous experience working on commercial or heavy construction projects.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Shifts:

Monday-Friday 10 hour shifts
Saturday 8 hour shifts
