Skid Steer Operator $2,100+ WEEKLY

Responsibilities
- Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently on active construction sites.
- Dig, lift, push, and haul dirt, gravel, debris, and other construction materials.
- Load and unload materials while maintaining production and project goals.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and general site cleanup.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and job-site procedures.
- Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule.
- Assist with general labor and other site duties as needed.
Key Requirements:
- 4–5 years of verifiable skid steer operating experience required.
- Previous experience working on commercial or heavy construction projects.
- Ability to safely operate equipment in an active construction environment.
- Strong understanding of job-site safety practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong commitment to safety, dependability, and teamwork.
Shifts:
- Monday-Saturday 5:30-5pm
- Lots of OT
