As a skid-steer operator you are responsible for the maintenance of one job-site from 1-inch or more of snow that you will be dedicated to for the entire season. Our late model skid-steer fleet is a mixture of Bobcat, JCB, and Terex. As a skid-steer specialist you will be operating one of these machines inside a full cab with heat and pilot controls. They are outfitted with the very best Metal Pless Live Edge Pushboxes or PlowMaxx multifunction blades. We try to match you to the closest job-site to your home if available.
EXPECTATIONS
We are seeking passionate, hard-working candidates to be our on-call snow removal operators.
Must be available and willing to work at any hour between October 30th and the last snowstorm of the season. Shifts vary depending on the size of the storm and can be anywhere from 6 hours to more than 12 hours long.
Must have the ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
Be punctual, reliable, and passionate about the Xtreme Snow Pros client commitment.
Requirements
Able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions.
Maintain good physical condition so you can be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance.
Valid and clean driver’s license with no restrictions (no CDL required).
Pass a company safety training course and drug test.
Ability to use a smartphone for two-way communication and mobile dispatch.
Work well under high-pressure situations.
Have transportation to reach job-sites.
