Minimum Requirements And Qualification
Education & Experience
- Transitioning service member with aviation maintenance background and at least 6 months remaining on their military contract/terminal leave (Air Force, Navy, Marines, Army, Coast Guard, DHS)
- Ability to read/interpret technical manuals and schematics in the English language
- Proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, and Microsoft Office
- Meets physical requirements for climbing, lifting, kneeling, and working at heights
Major Responsibility Areas And Duties
- Perform supervised inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft systems and components.
- Apply proper documentation and routing of discrepancies per FAA and company procedures.
- Support tooling setup, troubleshooting, and escalation processes to maintain safety and reliability.
- Maintain accurate OJT records and training logs for FAA certification review.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives as assigned.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Perform other related duties as assigned in support of maintenance operations.
