Transitioning Military Service Members
M.C. Dean offers Transitioning Military Service Members the opportunity to participate in cohorts through the SkillBridge and/or Hiring our Heroes Program.
Responsibilities:This role is within M.C. Dean’s Critical Infrastructure Solutions division in Charleston, SC, supporting various contracts. The position provides hands-on exposure to project management in electrical contracting, with experience in both the pre-construction and construction phases of projects.
o Learning how to read drawings
o Review and manage electrical designs
o Perform takeoffs
o Quote subcontractors and material
o Prepare complete estimates
o Develop proposals
o Submittals
o RFIs,
o Scheduling,
o Financial analysis (including budgeting and forecasting)
o Resource management.
