Skillbridge Recruiting/Manpower Internship

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team and play a key role in building the future of our company. In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making placements.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Write compelling and informative job descriptions that attract qualified technical talent.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify top candidates on niche platforms and through professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews, potentially using coding challenges or other assessments.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies relevant to the open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals.
• Promote our company employer brand to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year with full lifecycle recruiting in the federal space 
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
• Strong understanding of the technical recruiting landscape and current trends.
• In-depth knowledge of a specific technical field (e.g., software development, cybersecurity, data science) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
