Job Description:
Perform bench type assembly processes to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools
Follow manufacturing schedules and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Ensure accuracy and quality in all assembled components
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; prior manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
