Skills That Make You Stand Out
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in mechanical assembly, welding, or electrical wiring
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and voltage systems preferred
- Comfortable using computers for work orders and job tracking
- Forklift and crane operation experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements - Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, climbing, and standing
- Full range of motion and visual acuity required
Work That Matters- Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, schematics, and work instructions
- Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components accurately and efficiently
- Perform electrical wiring, including point-to-point and harness wiring for panels and junction boxes
- Execute welding tasks (fit-up, layout, MIG/TIG as required) based on drawings and specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and jib cranes safely
- Cut, fit, and fabricate components as needed
- Assist with machine rebuilds, adjustments, and preparation for shipment
- Maintain quality standards and meet production goals
- Complete production documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
