Parallel Employment is excited to announce openings for Heavy Skilled Assemblers ifor a Waterford, WI manufacturing client. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with complex components while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. 1st & 2nd Shift available
$19-$21 per hour; based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components for units using hand and power tools following detailed blueprints and schematics.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment for assembly tasks.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Proven experience in heavy assembly or a related skilled trade is required. Lifting 50 lbs consistently.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and assembly manuals.
- Strong understanding of tools and equipment used in heavy assembly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
