As our Dining Supervisor, you assist the Certified Dietary Manager to lead the Wellspring dining team in creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for. From a friendly greeting to a beautifully presented meal, the little details can make a big difference in someone's day.In this position you are responsible for assisting with the oversite of the dining team, responsible for creating, posting and updating employees work schedules; assigns and monitors employee work; coaching and training staff, problem solving, conflict resolution, and provide opportunities for employee growth and improvement. Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the kitchens/dining area are stocked, kept clean and follow all legal and company compliance. This position needs a leader that is warm and inviting while being creative and supportive. Good communications skills and attention to detail are critical in this role.
